John Sweetser

John Sweetser is an aerospace and space systems engineering leader with more than 15 years of experience delivering complex spacecraft, defense, and national security programs. His expertise spans systems engineering, program execution, and technical leadership across Low Earth Orbit (LEO), Medium Earth Orbit (MEO), Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO), and deep-space missions.

Throughout his career, John has led multidisciplinary engineering organizations, served as Chief Engineer on high-consequence programs, and partnered closely with government and commercial customers to guide programs from concept development through flight operations. He is recognized for building high-performing technical teams, aligning engineering rigor with business objectives, and bringing clarity and direction to complex, ambiguous challenges.

John is currently focused on advancing resilient space architectures, scaling engineering organizations, and helping teams transform ambitious ideas into operational systems that deliver real-world impact.
